Produced by our honey bees in North York within Toronto, Ontario. This honey is made by the bees that were re-homed by Toronto Bee Rescue.
Nestled in North York, the bees produce an urban honey from the various ravine systems and backyard gardens. The Spring Blossom Honey is more mild in flavour and is produced from the flowers in bloom from April to June. The summer blossom honey is made from the nectar from plants and flowers that are in bloom through June to August. The Fall Blossom Honey is slightly stronger than the other seasons and is produced from the various flowers in bloom from August to September.
